ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Grew start-up business to full production capacity in less than two years, increasing profits by over 700%.  
  • Led firm to its Pharmaceutical    Manufacturing License
    in 13 months from conception to license
  • Created new outlets for cost-effective advertising, allowing   company to be a finalist for the 2005 Manufacturing Team of the Year Award. 

  • Devised and directed the start-up of a 14-member R&D department.  Added three new hires and managed a $2.5M budget.  Based on success of group, Department was expanded into three divisions within the first year
  • Directed capital facility projects, adding over $200M in capacity for two key product lines.  Projects were completed on time and under budget.
  • Launched a company record 12 new products in one year by creating a management strategic direction team that translated corporate vision statements into action plans for the project teams.
  • Created, developed, and launched the Apple Cinnamon Cheerios product, resulting in over $100M first-year sales.

  • Redesigned two major process flows, leading to two patent applications and an award for creative design.
